Micro Sunflower provides a significant amount of vitamin b, vitamin E and zinc. They also contain chlorophyll, potassium and magnesium. Sunflower green sprouts offer all the amino acids needed to from a complete plant protein and have upwards of twenty to twenty-five percent protein.
Micro Sunflower consists of long white to yellow shoots, slightly thinner than that of a bean sprout, capped with bright green leaves.
